HyperX began in 2002 as a division of Kingston Technology building high performance memory modules. You probably know them for their Cloud gaming headsets or for their sponsorship of various eSports teams like Navi, Echo Fox, SK Gaming and the ever-popular Cloud9.
This year at CES, they announced the Cloud Revolver S headset for gamers which achieves the awesomeness of plug and play Dolby 7.1 sound without a cumbersome, wired audio box. The headset also gives you soft, memory foam cups, a noise-canceling mic that’s detachable and studio quality sound experiences. The device will be available in March.
Again, this is the first year that HyperX will be involved with the New York Game Awards. So, welcome, HyperX, and here’s to many more years as our partner!
