I’m quite happy to announce that the always-satirical Schaffer The Darklord will be performing at the New York Videogame Critics Circle Awards on February 5, 2013 at NYU’s Pfizer Auditorium.

Here’s how it happened. When we convene for meetings, Schaffer’s work is often a topic of conversation, and when we began to plan the Awards, his name came up repeatedly and with esteem by various Circle members.

It’s difficult to come up with a proper link to a video, because so many are brilliant. But since I love The Wizard of Oz, here’s the Tin Man – if the Tin Man were a kind of horror movie character. I’ve added the one with lyrics, since the lyrics are so cool.
