New Presenters! Filmmakers Larry Fessenden and Graham Reznick

I’m so happy to announce that renowned horror filmmakers (and actors) Larry Fessenden and Graham Reznick will be presenting at the New York Videogame Critics Circle Awards on February 5 at NYU’s Pfizer Auditorium.

Larry is a terrific director, one who eschews crappy special effects in favor or Hitchcock-like suspense. I’ve known Larry since I first came to the Lower East Side and haunted the dives there.  Habit and Hollow Venus, his films starring performance artist Heather Woodbury, are nearly perfect indie efforts.

I recently met Graham Reznick when he and Fessenden showed off their “Until Dawn” survival horror videogame project at a Sony event in New York last fall. Graham is a true fan of videogames and of all things horror. If you’ve never indulged in the frights within “I Can See You,” I’d suggest you do it tonight.

We’ll have more news about guests and presenters in the coming days.
